Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any application ("the Service") provided by Rocketly Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service. These terms apply to all merchants who access or use the Service through the Shopify platform.

Description of Service

Auto Merge Orders is a Shopify application that allows merchants to combine multiple orders from the same customer into a single order for fulfillment. The Service may include additional features and functionality as described on our website or within the Shopify App Store listing.

Account Terms

To use the Service, you must have an active Shopify store and grant the necessary permissions for the app to access your store data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when installing the app. Rocketly Apps is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed through the Shopify billing system. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers. Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rocketly Apps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent from Rocketly Apps.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketly Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Rocketly Apps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Rocketly Apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rocketly Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
